Ingredients - serves 2
300g rice noodles
1 pack of stir fry mixed vegetables
8 tbsp soy sauce
6 tbsp teriyaki sauce
300g Tofu
2 tbsp harissa paste - I used belazu
2 tbsp plain flour
Handful cherry tomatoes
Method
chop tofu into small cubes
Mix the harissa paste and flour
cover the tofu in the paste then bake in the oven until crispy (about 25 minutes)
Cook the rice noodles following packet instructions
Fry the vegetables (not cherry tomatoes)
Mix the soy sauce and teriyaki together
add the noodles, veg, cherry tomato, sauce and tofu together!
