Ingredients - Serves 4
2 cups Mushroom
1 Bunch Spring onion
600g Penne
1/2 Teriyaki Sauce
3 cups Broccoli
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
Sesame seeds to top
Method
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Return pasta to saucepan.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook ginger and garlic in hot oil for 15 seconds. Stir in the shredded broccoli, mushrooms, and teriyaki sauce. Cook and stir about 5 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
To serve, toss broccoli mixture with hot pasta; add green onions.
Sesame seeds to top
