Ingredients
150g spaghetti
4 cloves garlic
300g spinach
150g violife greek cheese with more to top
Handful of pine nuts
3 Tbsp olive oil
4 Tbsp tiger nut milk
salt and pepper to taste
Method
Wilt the spinach with the garlic
Blend this with the milk, salt, pepper and cheese
Cook spaghetti and mix with the spinach sauce
Sprinkle pine nuts on top
