Ingredients
500g yogurt of your choice — I used coconut
1 Handful of blueberries
1 handful of strawberries
1 handful of raspberries
2-3 Tablespoons of maple syrup — you can use alternative sweetener if you prefer
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Pour the yogurt mix onto the paper and freeze until hard (I normally leave it all night)
Break up the yogurt into pieces — store in freezer
