Salted caramel baked donuts

Ingredients - serves 6

1 cup All Purpose Flour 3/4 cup Sugar 2 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 3/4 cup Soy Milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1/2 cup Vitally vegan salted caramel protein powder 1 tbsp Lepicol fibre powder (optional)

chocolate spread - I used sweet freedom Granola to top - I used Paleo foods Co



Method


  • Set oven to 180c fan Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl Line the donut mould with olive oil and then pour the mixture in Bake for 15 minutes or until a stick comes out clean when inserted Cool and then decorate with chocolate spread and granola
