Ingredients - Serves 1
1 Sweet potato
A few black olives
1 Tbsp of cress
200g mixed beans - I used haricot, kidney beans and butter beans
150g passata
1 tbsp bbq sauce
2 Tbsp Zhoug paste from Belazu
1 Tbsp spring onion
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
Method
Slice the potato into long chips, cover with oil, salt and pepper and bake in oven until cooked (about 40 min)
In a saucepan heat the beans (precooked), with passata, bbq sauce and Worcestershire sauce
Pour the beans over the fries, topped with spring onion, olives, cress and Zhoug paste
