Ingredients
125 g Flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
240ml non-dairy milk
Method
In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt milk, and stir to combine
Whisk until smooth
Let batter rest for 5 minutes
Pour a ladle of the mixture onto a hot frying pan
When the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden
Serve warm with maple syrup
