Ingredients
1 pack of oreos
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups of plant milk — I used pea as its very creamy
1 cup of nut butter — I used almond
3 tbsp of maple syrup or alternative sweetener
Method
Blend all the ingredients in food processor but leave a couple of oreos for decoration
put the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until solid
put the frozen cubes in food processor and blend
It should be ice cream consistency but if you want it a little thicker out back in the freezer for a little while
