Cacao pudding cups

Ingredients - makes 4 cups


  • 12- 14 tbsp Natural yogurt

  • 2 tbsp cacao - I used Aduna

  • 3 tbsp sweetener - I used coconut honey from Coconut Merchant

  • 10 tbsp granola - I used Raw Gorilla strawberry granola

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)


  • Frozen berries to top

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds to top - I used Pipkins



Method


  • Blend the granola and melted coconut oil and press into the pudding cases

  • Blend the yogurt, cacao and sweetener together and layer on top of the granola base

  • Add the fruit and hemp seeds then freeze until solid

  • defrost slightly before eating
