Acai and hemp smoothie bowl

Ingredients - serves 1-2


  • 2 blended frozen banana

  • 2 tbsp Acai powder from isawrii

  • 2 tbsp tiger nut milk

  • 1 Tbsp Granola from raw gorilla

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds from pipkin

  • 2 Tbsp coconut yogurt

  • 4 Blueberries



Method


  • Freeze yogurt in ice cube trays with a blueberry in the centre and freeze banana (peeled)

  • Blend banana with milk and açai powder

  • Top with granola, hemp seeds and yogurt cubes
